Cocoa Slider Card

Here is my card for the Diva Coffeebreak Challenge Which is colors this week. The colors for the challenge are Night of Navy, Sage Shadow, Bordering Blue, and Real Red. I used the Cold & Cuddly Set from the Holiday Mini Catalog, the Serene Snowflakes Set (also from the Holiday Mini, White Craft ink Pad & White Embossing Powder, a 2-Way Glue Pen & Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, the Large Star punch, the Circle Punch, the Round Tab Punch,a red button, and the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder in my Big Shot. I got the hot cocoa from Wal-Mart. The Sage part of the card folds and opens to write your message (since the larger part of the card is glued to hold the cocoa).

Mojo Monday/SP Color Challenges

Here is my take on the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge and the SP Color Challenge. For this card, I used the Winter Post Stamp Set. I used Bravo Burgundy, Creamy Caramel, and Ruby Red Inks and Card Stock, Creamy Caramel Designer Paper, the scalloped edge punch, taffeta ribbon, the Designer Label Punch, Paper Piercer, and the Sweet Treat Cups with the Circle Punch. I filled the Treat Cup with a mixture of salt and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. I also used the Big Shot with the dots embossing folder and the scalloped circle Nestabilities.

Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge Card

Here is my card for the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. I used the Gobble, Gobble stamp from the Holiday Mini Catalog, Circle Punches, Scalloped Circle Punch, Paper Piercer,Whisper White Card Stock, Chocolate Chip Ink, Card Stock, & Designer Paper, More Mustard Ink & Card Stock, & Really Rust Ink & Card Stock. I also used my Big Shot with the Dots Embossing Folder.

Mercy's Sketch Challenge

Here is my card for Mercy's Sketch Challenge For this card, I used the Serene Snowflakes from the Holiday Mini Catalog, words from the Snow Swirled Set, White Taffeta Ribbon, Bprdering Blue Ink, Whisper White Card Stock, and Brushed Silver Card Stock. I also used Ice Rhinestone Brads, and my Big Shot with Nestabilities Oval & Scalloped Oval.

Mojo Monday/Dasher Card

Here is my take on the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge this week. For this card I used the Dasher Stamp, Think Happy Thoughts Set, & the Serene Snowflakes Set (from the Holiday Mini Catalog) The colors that I used are Brocade Blue, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, and Real Red. I also used Chocolate Chip Felt Ribbon (Which is only available while supplies last) Circle Punches, and the Big Shot with the Petals-a-Plenty Die Folder (in the Holiday Mini).

Mercy Sketch/Color Throwdown Challenges

Here is my take on the Mercy Sketch Challenge and the Color Throwdown Challenge. For this card, I used the Snow Swirled stamp set, a Snowflake Cuttlebug Folder, Chocolate Chip Card Stock & Grosgrain, Old Olive Ink & Card Stock, More Mustard Ink, Rose Red Card Stock, and bling. I also used glue dots and a corner rounder.

Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge

Here is my take on the Saturday Sketch Challenge at Stamping 411. For this card I used the Just Buzzin' By stamp set by SU. I also used the greeting from Great Friend. The colors that I used are More Mustard, Whisper White, Basic Black, Chocolate Chip, & Summer Sun. I also used an embossing folder in my Big Shot, designer buttons, glue dots, and the Boho Blossom punch.

Here is Mojo Monday card for this week. I used the Holiday Mini set - Cold & Cuddly. I also used Real Red Designer Paper & Ink, Basic Black Card Stock & Ink, Brocade Blue Card Stock & Ink, Whisper White Card Stock, dots embossing folder in the Big Shot, and some bling.

Weekend Sketch Challenge

Ok...technically it is not still the weekend...it just feels like it because it's Labor Day. Here is my take on the Weekend Sketch Challenge. I used the Pumpkin Patch set from the Holiday Mini Catalog, Pumpkin Pie Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip Card Stock & Ink, Whisper White Card Stock, Basic Black Ink, Pumpkin Pie Ink, and Old Olive Ink. I used a circle cutter to make the circles and added brown brads using my paper piercer.

Diva Coffee Break Sketch/Pals Paper Arts Color Challenges

Another challenge...Here is my card for the Diva Coffeebreak Sketch Challenge and the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge. The colors are Brocade Blue, Crushed Curry and Ruby Red. The stamp set is Party Hearty from SU. I used the scalloped edge punch and the tag punch, a white brad, glue dots, a paper piercer, and the Big Shot Pop-Up Cake Die. I also used some discontinued designer paper for the cake on the inside.

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge/Mercy Sketch Challenge

Here is my take on the Raspberry Suite Color Challenge and the Mercy Sketch Challenge for this week. For this card, I used the SU Holiday Mini Set, Autumn Splendor. I used markers directly on the stamp to color the image. The colors that I used are More Mustard, Chocolate Chip, and Sahara Sand. I also used a little Ruby Red on the leaves. The accessories are Designer Paper, Jumbo Eyelets, Glue Dotes, and Grosgrain Ribbon.

Our Creative Corner Sketch Challenge

Here is a fun and easy fall card that I made for this week's sketch challenge on Our Creative Corner. I used Chocolate Chip Card Stock, Vanilla Card Stock, Close to Cocoa Designer Paper, a Circle Punch, and a Corduroy Button & Brad.I put the brad through the holes in the button). The leaves are colored by tapping markers directly on the stamp. The markers that used are: Chocolate Chip, Really Rust, Ruby Red, More Mustard, Old Olive, and Pumpkin Pie. The set is from the new Holiday mini Catalog that will be out starting Sept. 1st. It is called Autumn Splendor.

I Heart 2 Stamp Sketch Challenge/Halloween Challenge

Here is my take on the Halloween Challenge at Pals Paper Arts (PPA5) and the sketch challenge at I Heart 2 Stamp. For this card I used the Pumpkin Patch stamp set that will be in Holiday Mini Catalog starting September 1st. The colors that I used are Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, and Basic Black. I also used Old Olive Brads, the oval punch, the scalloped oval punch, and a Cuttle Bug Embossing Folder in my Big Shot.

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #80

Here is my take on the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge for this weekend. For this card, I used the SU set called Hoppy For You. I also used a Cuttle Bug Embossing Folder in my Big Shot, Old Olive Ink & Card Stock, Bashful Blue Card Stock & Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip Ink, Card Stock & Grosgrain Ribbon, Basic Black Ink, glue dots and a circle punch. The circle holds the card shut.

Sweet and Sassy Sketch Challenge

This is my card for the Saturday Sweet and Sassy Sketch Challenge. I used the Light of the World stamp set, Basic Grey Two Scoops and Bittersweet papers, Brads, and my paper piercer. The card stock is Bravo Burgundy (SU). I colored in the image using Copic Markers and stippled the sky in Not Quite Navy (SU).
